Nice, clean and tidy place. Friendly staff, Food available reasonable prices. Five pounds a pint though. Still, would recommend this venue.

Great venue for concerts, shows and especially Sports the staff are friendly and the basketball is well worth a watch

Really nice and clean place to be. Staff are very friendly and approachable. The atmosphere is amazing on gameday and there is adequate parking. There is also disabled access.

I have been here a few times for my daughters dance competition so the venue is mainly staffed by their own people but it's always clean excellent arena

Venue is decent. Went to a computer fair there which advertised better stock than they had. Had to pay £5 entrance for the privilege of a 5 minute walk around a bunch of scrap. Rating is for the venue, not the computer fair!

Watched a Leicester Riders basketball game here... Good facilities (although I didn't get to see much of the place) and great atmosphere.

A very pleasant place to be. Basketball games here have a friendly and safe atmosphere and are very family friendly, unlike a lot of sports events I’ve attended Even so, security are always on hand to ensure safety. The players are friendly and are generally available and happy to take photos after matches. It is definitely worth attending a game here, even if you don’t know anything about basketball, you’ll have a good time guaranteed! The photos and videos below are from the St Patrick’s Day weekend game. It was super fun!

It's was a kids inflatable fun day. Sessions were timed which as a great idea. Some parking available and was a nice clean environment.

It's a good place to go if you want to exercise and if you want to take your child(ren) it's absolutely fine. There is some space for kids to run around and also some couches to relax on if you get tired. There is a restroom for male and female and a changing room with showers (if your sweaty) for male and females too. There are chairs on each basketball court if there is a match going on. Brilliant place good staff prices are a bit steep but at a sports venue that's expected 4 quid a pint or short and 2 pound for everything else.

I went to watch the Riders for the first time in February and took my 17y old grandson (who plays basketball) and one of his friends. What a great venue and also thoroughly enjoyable game. I was really impressed by how family friendly the whole experience was. Would definitely go again.
