The Morningside Arena are excited to introduce a new system that will revolutionise the way we interact with customers as a venue. The system will enable us to improve communication and efficiencies in liaising with our customer base and is also a main part of building customer confidence in the safe return of spectators.

The TT system is much more than just a ticketing system and has many functions that we currently operate such as track and trace capabilities, EPOS, The Morningside Arena App, facility & stock management system, merchandising and access control for staff and visitors. With many other features within the system available to us we are actively working to introduce these over the coming months, these include loyalty cards, cashless systems, various marketing tools to name just a few.

TT has been a key contributor in many of the changes the Arena has made over the past year and we hope on your return you see the benefit of all the hard work that has gone into making your visit to the Arena both safe and enjoyable. We are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures in line with current Government Guidelines
