How do I book tickets for an event? Tickets for all public events at the Mattioli Arena must be purchased in advance. All events are listed on our WHAT'S ON page with links to our in-house ticket office or the event promotor’s sales outlet.

How do I get to the Mattioli Arena Leicester? The Mattioli Arena is in the heart of Leicester City Centre. Our full address is: Mattioli Arena Leicester, Memory Lane, Leicester, LE1 3UL Access for all visitors is via Memory Lane only, please ensure that you only head to the main entrance via the above postcode. The Mattioli Arena is well serviced by road, a short distance from the inner ring road, and is directly off the A607, please see the map below. We are also three minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, (find bus information via the link below) and a 15 minute bus journey, 25 min walk from Leicester Railway Station
What time does my event start, when should I arrive? The event start time is displayed on your ticket and in event information. Generally, doors to the Arena will open 90minutes prior to your event start time, unless stated otherwise on your ticket or event page on our website. We recommend that you arrive in good time to pass through security and find your seat prior to your event starting. Many events also include a fan zone or other pre-event space that you might like to make the most of.
Do I need a ticket for my carer or child? Tickets are required for all event attendees, regardless of their age or if they are assisting or caring for a disabled event attendee.
Do you have car parking? Yes, we have a main car park on Memory Lane which is usually available for events on a first come, first served basis. Please check specific event details for confirmation. Our car parking is managed Parkingeye and is payable through the Evology Parking App and all details are displayed on site.
Can I book my own event at the Mattioli Arena? The Mattioli Arena Leicester is a world class venue in the heart of the city, Leicester's largest indoor venue hosting globally significant events. During Your Event
Can I park at the Mattioli Arena? Yes, we have a main car park on Memory Lane which is usually available for events on a first come, first served basis. Please check specific event details for confirmation. Our car parking is managed Parkingeye and is payable through the Evology Parking App and all details are displayed on site.
Is Mattioli Arena accessible to all, are there accessible toilets? Yes, the Arena is accessible by all event attendees. Toilets, including accessible toilets are available for attendees at all events. If you require assistance, please speak to a member of staff or security.
Is the Mattioli Arena cashless? Yes, the venue is fully cashless. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well mobile payments.
Does the Arena offer food and beverages, can I bring my own? We offer a full range of refreshments based upon the event you are attending. Please note, no external food or drinks are permitted in the Arena. Water is available for free where refreshments are offered as part of the event you are visiting. Where food and drink is available to purchase we operate a cashless venue, major credit and debit cards, as well mobile payments are accepted.
Can I bring my bags? You are permitted to take an A4 size bag into the Arena. One bag is allowed per person. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags, camera bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the Arena for security reasons. Please have all bags ready to be searched on arrival.
Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the arena during an event? The Arena operates a no re-admission policy; if you leave the venue for any reason, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
Does the Mattioli Arena have a smoking area during events? A smoking area is provided based upon the event and individual layout/requirements only, we are unable to provide a smoking area at all events, please check event signing and/or consult security upon arrival.
Do you have accessible toilets? Yes. We have accessible toilets on the ground floor of the Arena, should you have any access issues please speak to staff upon your arrival.
