Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the NHS staff and volunteers have gone above and beyond to help and support our region; the NHS Treats scheme is a collaboration between Santander UK Universities and University of Leicester which is giving them a thoroughly deserved reward. The Morningside Arena has been able to participate in the Scheme offering discounted tickets to events hosted at the venue.
With capacity for 3,000 people, Morningside Arena is the largest, most flexible venue of its type in the City and County. Home of the Leicester Riders Basketball team and hosting a wide range of events, fairs and shows, the arena provides our region with exciting entertainment for all interests.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Morningside Arena contributes significantly to the local area with a wide range of sports community outreach activities and participation opportunities provided to deprived local communities.
