Mattioli Arena is in the heart of Leicester City Centre, accessible by foot, bike and bus. All visitor access is via Memory Lane (LE1 3UL), there is no entry to the Arena via Charter Street.
Car Parking
All parking in the Arena's own car parks is now automatically controlled by video camera and must be paid for on arrival (full details are displayed on signage on-site) and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
For this event additional parking is available on Memory Lane, close to the Arena's entrance, in the college car parks. This parking MUST BE PRE-BOOKED HERE
Entering the Arena
Please ensure you have your tickets available for inspection at the door. You can print out your tickets or display them on your phone, but please ensure your phone battery is charged.
All bags (please see bag policy below) will be searched on entry.
Please note all seating for this event is unreserved.

What time does this event start?
Tip-off is 7:30pm, doors to the Arena will open 60 minutes before the event begins.
How do I get into Mattioli Arena?
Access to the Mattioli Arena is via our main entrance located on Memory Lane, LE1 3UL. Signage and stewards will be on hand to direct ticket holders and guests.
Please note there is no spectator or guest entry to the Arena via Charter Street.
Is Mattioli Arena accessible to all?
The Arena is accessible by all event attendees, there is limited accessible parking at the Arena available via the parking link above.
Is the venue cashless?
Yes, we are a fully cashless venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well mobile payments.
Can I pay on the door? Does my ticket include re-entry?
We cannot take payment for tickets at the door, however tickets for most of our events remain available to purchase via our website here, our website is mobile friendly and you may be able to purchase tickets prior to arrival. It is always best to check and purchase your tickets in advance as we often sell out well ahead of an event.
Please note: We do not operate re-entry once you have left the venue.
Can I bring my bags?
You are permitted to take an A4 size bag into the Arena. One bag is allowed per person. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags, camera bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the Arena.
Can I bring my own food?
No external food or drinks are permitted in the Arena.
