Tickets for events can either be purchased through Total Tickets on the Arena website or through the event promotor’s sales outlet.
There will generally be no Box Office purchases on the day of the event, and all tickets should be purchased in advance. There are exceptions for specific events, please check with the event promoter.
HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR AN EVENT?
Tickets are required for all event attendees, regardless of their age or if they are assisting or caring for a disabled event attendee.
DO I NEED A TICKET FOR MY CARER OR CHILD?
Morningside Arena accept both cash and bank/credit cards, but recommend contactless payment
IS THE VENUE CASHLESS?
CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINK INTO THE ARENA?
No external food or drink is allowed into the Arena.
AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE & RE-ENTER THE ARENA DURING AN EVENT?
The Arena operates a no re-admission policy; if you leave the venue for any reason you will not be allowed to re-enter.
DOES THE ARENA HAVE A SMOKING AREA DURING EVENTS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to routinely provide a smoking area on all event days, but will be provide for most events, please check with security.
