Arena Extension Project Update

We have a roof!

The steel structure for both the new Arena entrance and building Extension Project is now largely complete by contractor B&E Boys with subcontractor Atlasco, with the cladding work on the roofs of both the Entrance and the Extension also complete. Below is the view from near the existing Arena Entrance on Charter Street.

Our partner, C3 Construction, have also completed the substructure and floor of the new Entrance, with the substructure for the new Extension Project to be finished upon completion of the floor. Work is also commencing on cladding the walls of both new Arena buildings.

Great to see the steel structure finally up! That's always the moment a building project starts to feel real. I'm curious about the cladding materials they're using for the walls—hoping it ties in nicely with the existing arena aesthetic. Speaking of impressive structural design, I've been playing monumentvalley 3 online lately and it's amazing how that game plays with impossible architecture in a way that makes real-world construction progress like this feel almost straightforward by comparison. Can't wait to see the finished entrance from Memory Lane!
